Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily support stable adults experiencing low acuity mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and stress management. Our client-centered approach aims to empower individuals to enhance their quality of life through self-care and therapeutic interventions. By matching therapists with clients based on specialties and demographics, we ensure that you can provide the most effective and focused care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• A current and unrestricted license in one of the following categories is mandatory for independent practice: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No provisional licenses and no history of disciplinary actions are accepted.
\n
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a genuine empathy for clients' experiences.
\n
• Strong proficiency in technology and digital platforms relevant to teletherapy.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling is necessary, demonstrating a solid foundation in clinical assessment and treatment. Experience working in a remote setting is a plus, as it will enhance your proficiency in virtual therapeutic engagements. Familiarity with solution-focused and evidence-based practices is also preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000, commensurate with experience and working hours. This role also includes:
