Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create tailored treatment plans, providing detailed consultation for pre-crisis strategies and ongoing crisis management.

• Document all client interactions and treatment recommendations promptly, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as prescribed by our clinical team to evaluate clients' mental health effectively.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavior support plans that align with client needs.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that the agency maintains its high standards of care.

• Act as a liaison among clients and relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners for resource coordination.

• Maintain effective communication channels to promote the agency’s mission and uphold contract standards in community health support.

• Build and nurture relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to enhance program visibility and secure future partnerships and funding sources.

• Pursue personal and professional development opportunities, including attending conferences, engaging with task forces, and representing the agency in various forums.

• Emphasize and integrate the agency's mission, values, philosophy, and principles in all aspects of your work.

• Perform additional related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the team and drive our mission forward.
