Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing meaningful therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions where you will assess client progress, offer guidance, and prepare for discharge planning when necessary.

• Develop comprehensive, person-centered treatment plans that are tailored to the individual needs of each client.

• Document assessments and maintain accurate progress notes to track client developments and treatment outcomes.

• Perform intake assessments to gain insights into client needs and to formulate appropriate therapeutic strategies.

• Provide individual therapy sessions weekly, applying evidence-based practices to meet each client's unique challenges.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions to foster professional growth and reflective practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMHC with All of US Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing psychiatric disorders, trauma, and substance use challenges. Our focus on telehealth allows us to meet clients where they are, catering to a variety of needs, from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological conditions. You will be instrumental in creating treatment environments that prioritize the individuality of each participant, fostering trust and collaboration.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington state.

• Ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements in various clinical contexts.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients or individuals confronting substance use issues.

• Strong background in assessment, diagnosis, and providing both individual and group therapy.

• Proficient computer skills, including basic keyboarding and familiarity with telehealth software.

Compensation and Benefits\n
