Qualifications\n

Candidates for this position should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of Texas.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience, demonstrating a commitment to trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 90,000 – 110,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
