In this fully remote position, you will work from the comfort of your home while maintaining close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals. The typical work schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, though some flexibility is essential to accommodate patients' schedules and urgent needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' histories and develop tailored treatment plans focused on trauma recovery.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic methodologies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), ensuring practices are aligned with individual patient needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
