The Cure Health Therapy Center is actively seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dedicated team focused on child and adolescent psychiatry. Work Environment\n

In this remote setting, you will join a vibrant team of mental health professionals who work diligently to create a nurturing atmosphere for our clients. While primarily conducting assessments and therapies online, you will maintain open communication with colleagues, sharing insights and strategies to enhance individual patient care. Our practice operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the unique needs and challenges faced by children and adolescents.

• Develop and implement individualized and evidence-based treatment plans that consider each patient's developmental stage and family dynamics.

• Utilize various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and family therapy, to address issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.

• Collaborate closely with child psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies involving children and adolescents.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.
\n
• Maintain precise and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Join team meetings, engage in case consultations, and participate in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest trends in child and adolescent psychiatry.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on children and adolescents experiencing a spectrum of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, ADHD, and various behavioral disorders. Your compassionate approach and expertise will empower these young individuals to navigate their emotional landscapes, leading to significant improvements in their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.

• In-depth knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, as well as evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Proven experience in delivering individual and family therapy to young clients.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, characterized by a compassionate and child-centered approach.

• The ability to build trust and rapport with children, adolescents, and their families.
\n
• Comfortable utilizing EHR systems and various computer applications for documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of professional experience providing mental health services in a clinical or community setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $110,000, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
