Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment and care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Engage in effective communication with patients' primary care physicians and specialists to ensure a seamless continuum of care.
• Document daily evaluations and therapeutic interventions in our electronic medical records (EMR) system to track patient progress and treatment efficacy.
• Utilize clinical judgment and evidence-based practices to apply specialized orthopedic interventions, enhancing recovery and mobility.
• Critically assess and report on the advancements and challenges faced by patients during their rehabilitation journey.
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations governing physical therapy practices to maintain compliance and uphold high standards of patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients dealing with various orthopedic conditions, ranging from post-surgery rehabilitation to chronic pain management. Our diverse clientele includes adults of all ages who require tailored programs designed to alleviate pain, restore function, and improve mobility. By focusing on individual patient needs, you will play a crucial role in their journey toward recovery and health enhancement.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• At least two (2) years of experience in orthopedic care or related fields, demonstrating hands-on skills in patient evaluation and treatment.
• Proficiency in utilizing orthopedic assessment tools, treatment techniques, and holistic care planning.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and medical personnel.

Preferred Experience

• Enhanced qualifications such as a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy will be considered an asset.
• Previous experience in managing cases involving geriatrics and acute care settings is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated expertise in using specialized therapy modalities and rehabilitation technologies.

Compensation and Benefits

• A competitive annual salary between USD 110,000 and 130,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
