Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, including mood disorders, anxiety, substance use issues, and eating disorders.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Facilitate regular virtual therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to empower clients in overcoming their challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care, including referring clients for medication management or additional services as needed.

• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve therapeutic goals effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, encompassing individuals facing various mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of four years of supervised clinical experience in a relevant field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
