Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, including environmental safety evaluations and identifying potential risks (such as those related to suicide, homicide, or elopement).

• Compile necessary documentation promptly, including clinical assessments and group notes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups, as well as one-on-one counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to support therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and continually update individualized treatment plans, ensuring ongoing evaluation and responsiveness to client needs.

• Play an integral role in discharge planning by assessing clients' readiness for transition and providing follow-up support post-discharge.

• Engage clients and their families in treatment discussions to foster a strong support system throughout the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n
