Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions through virtual platforms, fostering a supportive environment that encourages client engagement and growth.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate clients' progress, modifying treatment strategies as necessary to ensure the most effective interventions.

• Document treatment plans, client interactions, and therapy outcomes in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to share insights and strategies for holistic client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will serve a diverse clientele, including adults and adolescents facing a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your cultural competence and empathy will be essential in understanding and addressing the unique needs of each client, ensuring that every individual feels seen and heard.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and methodologies.

Preferred Experience\n

• Proven experience in delivering counseling services to varied populations.

• Familiarity with both adult and adolescent mental health issues.

• Experience working within an outpatient setting will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 120,000 and 130,000 annually, reflecting your qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance; life insurance; a 401k plan with matching contributions; and paid parental leave.
