• Conduct simulated contract negotiations and contract-redlining exercises.
• Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios, providing expert feedback that improves accuracy, precision, and legal judgment.
• Create objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for AI performance on contract-related tasks.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to refine training data, guidelines, and best practices for AI-supported contract review.
• Help shape how AI is trained, evaluated, and used in legal practice, drawing on experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and redlining technology-related agreements.

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• At least 2 years of experience in the M&A department of a corporate law firm.
• Familiarity with standard M&A agreements, including asset purchase agreements and stock purchase agreements.
• Experience with contract negotiation, drafting, and redlining.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and close attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
