Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate students' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, laying the foundation for effective treatment.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing best practices from evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement detailed treatment plans that reflect individualized goals, interventions, and progress evaluations, ensuring alignment with each student’s unique needs.

• Collaborate closely with educational staff, including teachers and school counselors, to create a comprehensive support network for students and to integrate their mental health care into the educational process.

• Deliver crisis intervention services as needed, including risk assessments and safety planning for students experiencing acute distress.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups tailored to student populations, addressing various mental health topics.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and record-keeping in compliance with state regulations, ethical standards, and clinical best practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
