Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to determine the mental health needs of students, families, and caregivers.

• Provide individual therapy, family counseling, and support groups that are culturally sensitive and tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop treatment plans, and ensure adherence to facility and licensing standards.

• Engage with local resources and social services to assist clients in accessing necessary support systems, such as housing, educational resources, and financial assistance.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services provided, including progress notes and treatment summaries, maintaining compliance with organizational policies.

• Actively participate in case management discussions to ensure coordinated care for clients.
\n
• Serve as a clinical resource for other members of the team, providing guidance and support as needed.

• Communicate effectively with the Utilization Review and Business Departments regarding patient authorization and billing processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on the mental health needs of students, ranging from elementary school to high school, in Lancaster, California. You will work with diverse populations, addressing a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
