Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based modalities.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW .

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is mandated; a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.

• Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills are essential for effective client engagement.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients.

• Proficiency in organizational and time-management skills, allowing for effective management of caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a private practice or outpatient clinical setting is highly valued.

• Specialized training in therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 yearly , commensurate with experience and caseload.
