Work Environment

This position is onsite at our rehabilitation center, which features modern equipment and resources to support both therapists and patients. You will work regular hours from 8 AM to 4 PM, 9 AM to 5 PM, or opt for a four-day workweek to achieve a work-life balance that suits your needs. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations: Assess each patient's physical functions and limitations, taking into account their unique medical history and rehabilitation goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans: Tailor therapeutic exercises and modalities for each patient, ensuring alignment with best practices and clinical guidelines.
• Monitor and evaluate progress: Regularly track patient outcomes, adjusting therapy plans as necessary to facilitate continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams: Work alongside physicians, occupational therapists, and other health professionals to provide integrated care.
• Educate patients and families: Offer guidance on techniques, preventive measures, and lifestyle modifications that can enhance recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
