Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify patient needs and develop bespoke treatment plans. These assessments allow for a deep understanding of each client’s individual experiences and backgrounds.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions in one-on-one, family, and group therapy settings to cultivate resilience and mental wellness among clients. This may involve various therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
