Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial client assessments and document clinical observations from the first consultation to treatment completion.

• Evaluate clients' mental, emotional, and behavioral health, identifying underlying issues that may affect treatment.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that focus on resolving psychological and emotional challenges.

• Monitor client progress throughout the treatment process, adjusting plans as necessary based on developments.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Previous experience as a mental health counselor, with a demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems, particularly platforms like AVATAR.

Compensation and Benefits\n
