Work Environment\n

This role will be performed remotely, allowing for flexibility while ensuring that our therapists can provide seamless care to our patients through virtual platforms. Our typical work schedule runs Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility necessary based on the needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments, carefully evaluating each patient’s trauma history to identify suitable treatment modalities.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at promoting recovery and resilience in individuals affected by trauma.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to provide effective interventions.

• Guide patients through individual and group therapy sessions, helping them process their trauma experiences and develop healthy coping strategies.

• Maintain strong collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and integrated treatment approaches for all patients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and trauma support during emergencies, seeking to stabilize and assist patients in distress.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available resources, thus equipping them for better recovery.

• Ensure meticulous documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards while respecting patient confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse range of clients, primarily those who have experienced significant trauma. Our patient population includes individuals suffering from PTSD, complex trauma, and those dealing with dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience, with a strong emphasis on trauma-related disorders.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of trauma-informed treatment modalities and resilience-focused approaches.
\n
• Experience delivering trauma-focused therapies such as EMDR and TF-CBT.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills complemented by a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to therapy.

• Ability to remain composed in high-stress scenarios, showcasing resilience and professionalism.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficiency in relevant software applications.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is two years of post-licensure experience, candidates with additional years of experience in trauma care or specialized therapies will be prioritized. Compensation and Benefits\n
