Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide telehealth services to clients, conducting thorough assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering effective therapy sessions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions with a strong emphasis on personalized care and therapeutic techniques.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Participate in regular case discussions and team meetings to share expertise, refine strategies, and enhance professional skills.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of therapeutic groups aimed at improving mental health outcomes for specific populations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending training sessions and completing continuing education units (CEUs) provided by the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on adolescents and young adults, many of whom are facing significant mental health challenges that impact their daily lives. You will work with a diverse array of clients, fostering strong therapeutic relationships and ensuring that each session aligns with their individual needs and goals. By limiting group sizes to a maximum of eight clients, we prioritize quality interaction and meaningful engagement to facilitate sustainable healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Independently licensed mental health clinicians, including LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, and LMFT, are preferred. Junior-licensed candidates are encouraged to apply as supervision will be provided.

• Availability for either a minimum of 12 hours per week (1099 contract) or full-time (W2) with the possibility of evening and Saturday hours for session facilitation.

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting or community health clinic is a strong asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, reflecting the importance of your contributions as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist.
