Work Environment

This position is onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, designed to foster collaboration and innovation among healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions and functional levels, identifying specific needs that may require intervention.
• Create individualized treatment plans that reflect assessment findings and focus on each patient's unique goals, such as improved mobility, pain reduction, and functional restoration.
• Implement hands-on therapeutic techniques and exercises, utilizing modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and manual therapy to enhance treatment efficacy.
• Educate patients about body mechanics and strategies for injury prevention, empowering them with the knowledge to enhance their recovery and prevent future issues.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, involving adjustments to therapy plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments.
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans that facilitate optimal recovery pathways for patients.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and quality assurance standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic caters to a diverse array of patients, from individuals recovering from sports injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation to those managing chronic pain conditions such as osteoarthritis and tendonitis. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting, with a track record of treating a variety of physical ailments.
• Proficiency in using advanced therapeutic techniques and equipment that may include therapeutic modalities and exercise therapy.

Preferred Experience
