Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, utilizing standardized tools and clinical judgment.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations, ensuring the highest standard of care.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate integrated treatment approaches, enhancing patient outcomes through collective expertise.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
