Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our outpatient treatment center, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Conduct engaging group sessions to help clients share their personal experiences, providing a platform for connection and mutual support.

• Delivering Individual Therapy: Offer tailored counseling sessions that empower clients to introspectively explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, while developing actionable coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on serving teens and young adults in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Clients often grapple with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your interventions will play a crucial role in helping these individuals navigate their challenges, restore relationships, and foster emotional resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and valid Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate with a diverse team.

• Empathy, active listening, and strong communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
