Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population experiencing a range of complex conditions, including chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• Demonstrated proficiency in treating individuals with co-occurring mental and medical conditions.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, we encourage candidates with a strong background in integrated care models and those who have worked in multi-disciplinary settings to apply. Familiarity with therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
