Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our hospital facility in Syracuse, NY. The hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and resources designed to support efficient healthcare delivery. Our working hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a work-life balance while meeting the needs of our diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities

• As a Primary Care Provider, you will conduct comprehensive healthcare services for patients across all age groups in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform detailed physical examinations and health assessments, ensuring accurate diagnoses.
• Diagnose and treat both acute and chronic medical conditions, applying clinical judgment to optimize patient care.
• Prescribe necessary medications and treatments based on best practices and patient needs.
• Educate patients about disease prevention, management of chronic conditions, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop cohesive treatment plans and coordinate patient care.
• Manage patient referrals to specialists and oversee follow-up appointments, ensuring continuity of care.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate medical records, fostering effective communication within the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• A valid Physician Assistant license in New York is required.

• At least 1 year of prior experience in a clinical setting, particularly within Internal Medicine, is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
