Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is dedicated to serving the geriatric population, primarily focusing on individuals aged 65 and above. Patients may present with various mental health concerns, including but not limited to emotional and psychological distress related to aging, cognitive decline, and loss of independence. As a therapist, you will develop meaningful relationships with patients and their families, helping them navigate complex emotional landscapes and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Psychologist in the state of California.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, complemented by a deep commitment to patient-centered care.

• Proven ability to create a safe, trusting environment for elderly clients and build rapport with patients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
