Work Environment

This position requires you to work onsite in patients' homes, providing direct care that is tailored to the individual needs of each client. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities, utilizing advanced evaluation techniques including range of motion, strength testing, and mobility assessments to establish baselines and identify treatment needs.
• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans based on initial evaluations, patient goals, and medical recommendations to ensure effective rehabilitation and recovery.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training to deliver optimal care to each patient.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and home exercises, ensuring understanding and adherence to promote better health outcomes.
• Collaborate continuously with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding patient progress and necessary adjustments in treatment.
• Oversee and guide the activities of non-professional staff assisting in patient care, ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained throughout treatment.

This role primarily focuses on patients recovering from orthopedic issues, post-surgical interventions, and various musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in California.
• Minimum of three years of demonstrable experience in orthopedic rehabilitation and physical therapy.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and other healthcare professionals.
• A strong commitment to ongoing professional development and mastery of manual therapy techniques.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
