Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs and tailor individualized treatment plans based on established evidence-based practices.

• Provide therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to individuals, couples, and families struggling with various mental health challenges.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that foster community connections and address common mental health concerns, enhancing the support network for patients.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, coordinating care plans to achieve unified treatment goals.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention support in high-stress scenarios, helping patients navigate mental health emergencies with compassion and professionalism.
\n
• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, facilitating understanding of treatment options and connecting them with community resources for additional support.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records in accordance with legal and ethical standards utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development initiatives to keep abreast of best practices and enhance service delivery.

• Engage in continuous learning and self-improvement to ensure high-quality outcomes for patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families. Our clients face various mental health challenges including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and substance abuse issues. This role requires you to cultivate an empathetic approach tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient, fostering a safe and supportive environment for healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.
\n
• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities pertinent to diverse demographics.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in conducting mental health assessments and developing treatment strategies.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with patients and multidisciplinary teams.

• Proficient use of electronic health records and other technology platforms necessary for documentation and communication.
\n
• Sound professional judgment, with an unwavering commitment to ethical practice and maintaining professional boundaries.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing individual and group therapy in an outpatient setting with a wide variety of client populations.

• Familiarity with community resources and programs that can support patients in their recovery journey.
\n
• Prior experience using telehealth platforms is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this role is competitive, ranging from USD 52,000 for part-time positions, up to USD 100,000 per year for full-time positions. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
