Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and design suitable treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapies, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), tailored to the complex needs of trauma survivors.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions to assist clients in processing their experiences, developing coping strategies, and fostering pathways to healing.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate care and responsive support.

• Educate patients and their families on understanding trauma reactions, constructive coping mechanisms, and available community resources.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience providing mental health therapy, especially within trauma-focused settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
