Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to inform treatment plans tailored to individual client needs and progress.

• Maintain meticulously accurate documentation, including treatment plans, daily progress notes, incident reports, and discharge summaries, to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Facilitate and lead group therapy sessions, creating a safe and open environment for discussion and healing among peers.

• Engage in regular staff meetings, case conferences, and training sessions to enhance team collaboration and continuous improvement in service delivery.

• Arrange and conduct individual sessions with clients and their support systems, ensuring holistic engagement in their treatment journey.

• Assist clients in accessing community resources and advocate for their social service needs as part of the collaborative care approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, primarily focusing on adults and families experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and perinatal mental health issues. By providing culturally competent care, our counselors are instrumental in guiding clients through their recovery paths, enabling them to lead more fulfilling lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Valid and current licenses as either a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Proven track record free of Medical Malpractice Claims, verified by a third party.

• Authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, based on caseload and experience.
