Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and accurately document findings in each client's permanent medical record according to established medical/legal standards.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to address the psychological needs of clients, including but not limited to those experiencing depression, anxiety, and relationship conflicts.

• Implement therapeutic interventions during individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to cultivate client engagement and progress.

• Provide ongoing case management, ensuring appropriate triaging and referrals are made, coordinating care with other healthcare professionals, and maintaining regular communication with clients and their families.

• Maintain effective communication with team members, consulting with other providers regarding treatment plans and receiving clinical supervision as required.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited program.
