Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans, ensuring they meet each client's specific needs.

• Engage in regular consultation to develop pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory documentation standards and complete required paperwork within designated timeframes.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and collaborate with clinical teams to develop and implement positive behavior support plans.
\n
• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest standards of care.
\n
• Serve as a professional liaison to state agencies, service systems, and community partners, facilitating client access to necessary resources.
\n
• Maintain open communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational mission and community needs.
\n
• Network with various organizations at local, state, and federal levels to bolster program visibility and secure partnerships and potential funding sources.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending relevant conferences and workshops, along with participating in statewide discussions and task forces.

• Promote and actively embody the agency's mission, values, and principles throughout all levels of interaction.

• Perform any additional related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will primarily focus on individuals dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and developmental disabilities. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and we prioritize providing culturally competent care that respects their unique experiences and promotes their personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Candidates must possess an Independent LMHC license.

Compensation and Benefits\n
