Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs during initial consultations to establish therapeutic rapport and understanding.

• Deliver individualized, confidential video-based therapy sessions to clients dealing with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

• Guide clients in processing emotions, developing coping strategies, and providing psychoeducation aimed at fostering self-awareness and growth.

• Collaborate with clients to set realistic goals and create structured treatment plans, monitoring progress through follow-up sessions and adjusting therapy as necessary.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities to ensure effective care delivery.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes using an electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions to enhance skills and stay updated with the latest therapeutic techniques and trends in mental health care.

In this role, you will primarily work with adults and adolescents from diverse backgrounds who are seeking support for various mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A valid LMFT, LCSW, or LPC license to practice in the state of Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
