Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Tenet, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and establish appropriate treatment plans.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Regularly monitor clients' progress, adapting treatment approaches based on individual needs and responses to therapy.

• Create detailed clinical documentation of sessions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to enhance care delivery and coordinate support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The selected candidate must possess:

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.

• An active, unrestricted state license as an LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent allowing for unsupervised practice.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing clinical therapy to adult populations.

• Demonstrated competence in conducting intake assessments, diagnosing conditions, and forming effective treatment plans.

• A clean disciplinary record with no past actions taken by licensing boards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
