Work Environment This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to create a work-life balance that suits your needs. Our virtual community health clinic operates Monday through Saturday, providing you with the autonomy to manage your own schedule. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, ensuring tailored interventions that address specific client needs. Effectively communicate with team members regarding assessments, treatment plans, and interdisciplinary collaborations during regular meetings, such as patient rounds. Provide case management for assigned patients, working in partnership with other healthcare professionals and community programs to deliver the most appropriate care. Document all clinical encounters and interventions in a timely and ethical manner to comply with departmental standards. Implement evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other clinical modalities to assist patients in achieving their individualized service plans. Patient Population / Client Focus Your work at Renewed Life will involve serving a varied patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing diverse mental health challenges. By understanding and addressing the unique experiences and backgrounds of each client, you will play an essential role in promoting their mental health recovery and resilience. Qualifications A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is mandatory. A Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is required. A minimum of two years of clinical experience is essential for this role. Preferred Experience Experience in outpatient therapeutic settings and familiarity with various treatment modalities, particularly CBT, is highly desirable. A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams and build positive relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds. Experience in case management and crisis intervention is beneficial. Compensation and Benefits The salary for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
