Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of patients to determine their mental health needs and treatment objectives.

• Design individualized treatment plans based on the assessment findings and integrate evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in group settings, utilizing culturally responsive techniques to engage diverse populations.

• Provide ongoing support and coping strategies to clients, ensuring they have the tools necessary to navigate their challenges.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and support staff, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular supervision and participate in continuing education activities to stay updated on best practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a counselor at Ultimate Energy Wellness Center, you will work with a diverse group of individuals facing various mental health concerns. This includes children, adolescents, and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other psychological conditions. Your experience with a wide range of diagnoses will be pivotal in tailoring effective interventions and fostering an inclusive environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• At least two years of relevant experience in a mental health counseling role.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders and a variety of treatment modalities.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and an ability to establish rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• Proficient in the use of EHR systems and other digital tools necessary for documentation and patient management.

• Awareness of and commitment to professional ethical standards, confidentiality, and patient advocacy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 is available to the selected candidate.
