Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments of clients to understand their mental health history, challenges, and goals.

• Create individualized treatment plans that utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to address specific client needs and promote personal growth.

• Deliver effective individual therapy sessions, utilizing methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or mindfulness-based approaches tailored to each client.

• Set realistic therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and continuously monitor progress using data-driven methods.

• Provide teletherapy services to ensure clients receive support in a way that fits their lifestyle and preferences.

• Document client interactions accurately and ethically, maintaining compliant records according to best practices and HIPAA guidelines.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Kettle Academy, we serve a diverse client base ranging from children to adults, each facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling constructive rapport-building with clients.

• Strong empathetic approach, exhibiting compassion and a non-judgmental attitude in all client interactions.

• Proficient organizational skills, with the ability to manage a varied caseload while maintaining timely documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a community mental health setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
