Job Title Sales Development Representative Location Houston, TX (Hybrid) Overview As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first line of communication with potential prospects, qualifying leads for the Sales Executive team and building the pipeline for Conga’s business‑to‑business sales efforts. Responsibilities Qualify and deliver leads to the Sales Executive team in the defined market segment. Engage prospects to establish initial interest and gather relevant information. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date prospect information in Salesforce. Collaborate with team members to develop outreach sequences and improve campaign effectiveness. Qualifications Motivated with a sales instinct and a numbers‑driven approach. Take initiative and proactively complete work, developing outreach strategies when needed. Strong attention to detail and time management. Resourceful, collaborative, and able to find solutions across the organization. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to adapt to different communication styles. Tech savvy with experience operating on CRM platforms – Salesforce is required. Innovative thinking and willingness to research new tactics and improve campaign effectiveness.
