Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment and crisis plans, which may include behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.

• Complete all necessary clinical documentation in a timely manner to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Act as a liaison to relevant service systems and community partners, fostering strong relationships that enhance client services.

• Facilitate communication with stakeholders to uphold the mission and vision of our organization, promoting the services we provide within the community.

• Build relationships with various local, state, and federal agencies to identify new partnerships, funding opportunities, and resources necessary for program enhancement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve individuals managing mental health disorders, those engaged in substance use recovery, and clients with developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries. This diverse clientele will require you to tailor your approach, employing empathy and clinical expertise to address a range of emotional and psychological needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field is mandatory.

• An independent LMHC license is required, and assistance with licensing fees for out-of-state counselors willing to relocate is available.

Compensation and Benefits\n
