Work Environment

The clinic operates daily from Monday to Friday, with work hours falling between 8 am to 4 pm or 9 am to 5 pm based on operational needs. The outpatient office setting allows you to engage directly with patients as you assess and address their physical therapy needs. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, creating tailored treatment plans that align with their individual health goals.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation, to facilitate recovery and improve patient outcomes.
• Provide exceptional one-on-one care and support, guiding patients through rehabilitation exercises and tracking their progress effectively.
• Engage in clinical instruction of physical therapy interns and residents, sharing your expertise and assisting in their professional development.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring that all treatment plans and patient interactions are meticulously noted.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop cohesive treatment strategies and maximize patient recovery.
• Participate in continuous education to stay updated with the latest techniques, methodologies, and advancements in orthopedic physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse population of patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, chronic pain conditions, and post-injury rehabilitations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
