Serenity Physical Therapist is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our onsite team in Lincroft, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for each patient, assessing their physical capabilities, limitations, and rehabilitation goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies, which may include exercise therapy, manual therapy, and functional training.
• Utilize a variety of tools and techniques to manage pain and improve mobility, ensuring that the treatment aligns with each patient's specific needs.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and ongoing progress to facilitate communication among the healthcare team.
• Regularly reassess and modify treatment plans to reflect progress and changes in patient needs.
• Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process, including the use of assistive devices when necessary.
• Provide support and training to caregivers and other healthcare professionals regarding the application of therapeutic techniques and assistive modalities.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, pursuing relevant certifications, and participating in professional societies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work closely with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, traumatic injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain syndromes. Your role is crucial in helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals, providing them the tools and techniques to enhance their independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid physical therapy license in the state of New Jersey is mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with patients and healthcare team members.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
