Amethyst Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at our rehabilitation facility in Red Bank, New Jersey. In this full-time onsite role, you will play a vital part in helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, and various health conditions through personalized therapeutic interventions. Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions to develop appropriate individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, patient education, and specific techniques aimed at reducing pain and enhancing mobility.
• Utilize hands-on therapy methods, including manual therapy and modalities, as well as adaptive equipment when necessary.
• Monitor and document each patient's progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies to ensure effective outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Provide guidance and training to patients and their families regarding therapeutic exercises and assistive devices.
• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in physical therapy to continuously improve patient care practices.

Qualifications

• Valid Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Active state licensure in physical therapy.

• Energetic approach to patient care, with a commitment to professional development.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, our team values fresh perspectives and is open to considering new graduates who are willing to learn and grow within our practice. A background in rehabilitation settings will be advantageous but not essential.
