This remote position allows our Licensed Mental Health Counselors the flexibility to work from home while effectively engaging with clients through our virtual platform. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed intake assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, formulate diagnoses, and design individualized treatment plans based on these assessments.

• Provide therapeutic services using a variety of evidence-based methodologies tailored to address the diverse needs of clients, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, fostering a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their feelings and challenges.

• Respond to crisis situations effectively, providing immediate support and intervention to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies.

• Maintain organized and confidential documentation of client records, including treatment plans, session notes, and assessment results, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care and liaise with community resources to support client needs.

• Advocate for clients’ rights, provide education on mental health resources, and engage families to support clients' treatment goals.

• Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and meetings to remain updated on best practices and innovative therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, relationship issues, and more. The telehealth model allows you to reach underserved populations, ensuring that mental health services are accessible to those who may not have the ability to attend in-person sessions. Your skills will aid in the delivery of tailored interventions to support clients from different age groups, cultural backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and unrestricted license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, and includes additional incentives such as a sign-on bonus.
