Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments through initial client consultations to effectively evaluate their mental health status and treatment needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that address clients’ specific conditions, including, but not limited to, substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders.

• Facilitate regular counseling sessions—both individual and group—equipping clients with practical strategies and coping mechanisms to overcome challenges.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers when necessary, ensuring a comprehensive approach to each client's care, including referrals to psychiatrists for medication management when indicated.

• Document client interactions and treatment plans meticulously in electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure compliance and enhance continuity of care.

• Provide crisis intervention when required, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of four years of related experience in the mental health field.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
