Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group therapy sessions that foster a sense of community among clients, encouraging them to share experiences and develop coping strategies together.

• Individual Counseling: Provide one-on-one counseling tailored to each client's unique circumstances, helping them explore their emotions and behaviors while creating detailed action plans for growth.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans that are regularly updated based on progress and feedback.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools and methods to continuously track and evaluate client progress, adjusting therapeutic approaches as necessary.

• Team Collaboration: Engage in regular communication with other team members to ensure coordinated care, sharing insights and consulting on complex cases to optimize client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults, including those facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Your efforts will significantly contribute to their healing journeys in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), offering both structure and flexibility to meet their evolving needs.

Qualifications\n

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and ethical standards in counseling.

• Proficiency with telehealth technologies and digital communication tools.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably with young adults.

• Experience in group therapy facilitation and individual counseling strategies.

• Familiarity with developing treatment plans and conducting assessments.

• Knowledge in navigating telehealth platforms effectively for client engagement.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to financial compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans.
