Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to identify clients' needs, documenting findings and developing personalized treatment plans that align with their mental health journey.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, helping clients address common mental health issues and fostering a sense of community and understanding.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic and coordinated care for each client.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies, and guiding clients towards stabilization and recovery.

• Educate clients on mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available to them, empowering them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring all client information is securely managed.

• Engage actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to remain current with the latest research and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMHC will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, addressing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
