Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to accurately understand clients' mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans that support the clients' unique goals.

• Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness techniques.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services and support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises or emergencies, ensuring a safe and effective therapeutic environment.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including comprehensive treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, while adhering to ethical and legal standards governing mental health practice.

• Collaborate actively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure clients receive comprehensive care that attends to both their mental health and physical well-being.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges and treatment options, while actively advocating for their needs and rights.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay updated with best practices in mental health therapy, ensuring the highest quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients dealing with various mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. You will strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for clients from all walks of life, recognizing the importance of cultural sensitivity and respect in treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Currently licensed as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field; a Master’s or Doctoral degree is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills essential for developing effective treatment strategies.

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health setting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with clients.

• Ability to function autonomously while also being an effective team member.

Preferred Experience\n

While previous experience in a clinical setting is valued, entry-level therapists with exceptional skills and academic backgrounds are also encouraged to apply. Candidates with experience in group therapy, crisis intervention, and multi-disciplinary collaboration will be especially well-suited for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
