Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical evaluations and assessments for students presenting emotional or behavioral challenges, ensuring an accurate diagnosis to guide treatment.

• Lead therapy sessions and psychoeducational groups, focusing on coping strategies and psychoeducation to enhance students' emotional resilience.

• Facilitate discharge planning from the moment of admission, ensuring comprehensive transition plans are in place and understood by the patient and their families.

• Communicate effectively with outpatient providers and referral sources to ensure continuity of care throughout the patient's treatment journey.

• Manage crisis situations during sessions with professionalism, providing immediate interventions to ensure patient safety.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, contributing insights and strategies that elevate the standard of care.

• Document services rendered, including initial assessments and clinical notes, in a timely and accurate manner using Electronic Health Record systems.

• Provide additional clinical support to team members as needed and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications\n
