Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand the psychological and emotional needs of clients, ensuring tailored treatment plans are developed.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant modalities suited to individual client needs.

• Develop therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, continuously monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who may have accessibility challenges or prefer remote engagements, striving to maintain a high level of engagement and support throughout.

• Ensure thorough documentation of all therapy sessions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards, maintaining client confidentiality.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, attending workshops and seminars to enhance clinical skills and stay current with industry trends and practices.

Qualifications\n
