Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients' psychological and emotional needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs, including modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), fostering resilience and growth in patients.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive patient information.

• Engage in close collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, participating in regular case consultations to provide coordinated, comprehensive care.

• Educate and support patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their care.

Qualifications\n
