Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly supervision sessions for practicum students in their journey toward clinical licensure, offering guidance, feedback, and professional development.
• Provide high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to their unique needs.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring they are tailored to the mental health needs and goals of each client.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical records and documentation in compliance with state regulations and best practices, utilizing electronic health record systems as necessary.
• Continuously update and enhance your knowledge of current research, best practices, and advancements in the field of psychotherapy and mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families from various socio-economic backgrounds. Our focus is on addressing a broad spectrum of mental health issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma recovery and relationship challenges. As a therapist, you will play a critical role in guiding clients through their struggles, imparting skills and strategies for coping and thriving in daily life.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• A valid state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Professional liability insurance to ensure compliance and best practices in your therapeutic work.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic techniques and client management.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supervising graduate-level students or providing mentorship in a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote service delivery methodologies.
• Expertise in specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care, which will enhance service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
